Take advantage of the lowest registration rate offered during the Early Bird Registration period.
Online Registration
July 18 - August 14 Prices increase at the conclusion of the Early Bird Registration, but you can still register online at an increased cost.
Onsight Registration
September 9 - 10 Interested attendees that missed the online registration process can register onsite at an increased cost.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy – Late cancellation is any or all guests who do not provide a proper 72-hour cancellation notice prior to arrival date. The guest will be charged one night's room rate, resort charge and taxes per room.
- No Shows – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate, resort charge and taxes per room.
- Early Departures – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.

- Cancellations prior to August 12 - No cancellation fee
- Cancellations between August 12-30 - 50% of registration fee
- Cancellations after August 30 - No refunds
