Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy – Late cancellation is any or all guests who do not provide a proper 72-hour cancellation notice prior to arrival date. The guest will be charged one night's room rate, resort charge and taxes per room. 
• No Shows – Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate, resort charge and taxes per room.
• Early Departures – Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.

SMA Annual Conference Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations prior to August 12 - No cancellation fee 
• Cancellations between August 12-30 - 50% of registration fee
• Cancellations after August 30 - No refunds
